Order Processing

We are located in and also ship from Athens, Greece.
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Backorders are processed within 5-10 business days.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at kardoulezen@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

Store Pickup

Store location: Karagiorga 1, Markopoulo 19003 – Athens GR
Orders can be picked up: Monday – Friday 10:00 – 17:00 and Saturday 10:00 – 14:00.

Greece

We work with ELTA courier. You can choose whether you want delivery to your location or collection from the carrier’s store. Shipping costs for all of Greece 4€ up to 2 kilos. Free shipping for purchases from 50€ and above.

We can also send your package with BOX NOW. Shipping costs for all of Greece 2€ and free shipping for purchases from 50€ and above.

Outside Greece

We ship orders by registered parcel with the Hellenic Post to the countries Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic and Finland. Shipping cost outside Greece 10€ up to 2kg. Free shipping for purchases of 120€ and above.

Shipping/Delivery Time

The delivery time of orders is usually 5-7 working days for Greece and 10 working days outside Greece.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds are not given, but you can exchange the product you purchased for another one, minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kardoulezen@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
